To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all labels and tags still intact. Returns without these elements may not be accepted, and refunds may be declined if the items returned are not in their original state.
Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer/code will be as the paid amount of the promotional price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a wrong item is delivered.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
